Six years ago I moved into the area. I endured 2 years of dealing with the street disruptions (cannot be called construction because none is evident) then moved elsewhere. Now, 4 years later, I was in the area and went to try a purchase. To my utter dismay, the streets are even less passable than before. I understand that the original name of Oliver was scrapped because Oliver was a jerk.
