Amazing find off the strip! It was an adventure and was such amazing food!! Highly recommend for a foodie and great place for a celebration.
Very unique dining experience. Food prepared in ways I would never think of, but everything was both visually stimulating as well as tasted amazing- edible flowers, ground popcorn sorbet, and sweetbreads to name a few. Wife doesn’t eat meat and they were very accommodating on the chefs prix fixe menu and were prepared for Vegans and Pescatarians as well. My only little knock was the price. I mean it’s in a strip mall, so it’s hard to rank it high on ambiance. However, it is simply incredible good. Just do the chef’s tasting menu. It’s one of our favorite spots in Vegas. Actually it’s one of our favorites anywhere in the world.

I highly recommend EDO Gastro tapas & wine to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. The vegan menu is spectacular. Staff were friendly, attentive, and added to the joy of being in that small restaurant. Completely worth getting in an Uber and going off the strip for this restaurant.
Consistently one of the most innovative and delicious dining experiences in Las Vegas.
