A must visit if you are in Las Vegas. It’s located in an ordinary shopping centre away from the Strip and the outside appearance isn’t what you expect, with a plain exterior which belies what’s inside. Good food and friendly staff but this is not a traditional Tapas restaurant. Essentially you’re ordering small entrees for ~$25 per plate. For a restaurant in a strip mall , it’s a bit more fancy than it needs to be. I would suggest slowing the service down, making the plates smaller, reducing prices, and enhancing the drinking / social experience.
So much food from the tasting menu! Every dish was tasty
I got highly recommendation Edo from Foodie But Some Food was good. Most of food taste was same I feel like eating same flavor for 3 dishes in a row. Maybe server helped us to choose different flavor would have better experience at Edo AIso I waiting long time for food. And I was expected short- rib dish But it was over cooked, could not taste any juicy and meat flavor. One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. The food is creative and delicious. They are always added new dishes. The tasting menu is an outstanding value. We will definitely be back soon!
Hard to review, because I did really like it. Service was great. They apologized for not paying enough attention, but I never noticed a thing. Food was good. Added anchovies to the tomate, that was very disappointing. The bread was great, the tomate was ok, and the anchovies were not worth it at all. We sampled a lot of the small plates. The tasting menu was creative and full of unique flavor combinations. The dishes came out very quickly, too fast for me to fully enjoy each course. The cozy atmosphere lends itself to the kind of meal you want, whether intimate with your party or starting up a conversation with the table beside you.
