ED was able to get us the loan very fast and kept us updated on the latest rates and informed us when was the best time to lock in to get a good rate. He was very professional when interacting with us, when I was not familiar with a task he stood on the phone and guided me step by step and was never impatient with me when I was trying to navigate through some of the forms and sites. He was great and we would ask for him again when we are in need of a loan, we would also highly recommend him.
