The staff are very courteous & thorough! Even though it is a dentist appointment & my mouth is always open with someone's hand or tool in it the appointment is enjoyable!
Place has significantly improved since Lauren left and management has been wonderful! Highly recommend, also LGBT friendly ❤️

I was pretty nervous going in because I had alot of pain due to a cracked molar. The staff made me feel at ease right away. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was extremely grateful they were able to extract it the same day. Dr. Yates is very thorough as well as personable. I have a new dentist.

I have been going here for about a year, it feels very good walking in and the employees know your Name, I have always had Issues with Dentist, SCARED.. But I feel comfortable with the staff and Dr. Yates.
I live in Savannah and went to Effingham Smiles. I LOVED the atmosphere the minute I walked in the door. All the people working there were very sweet. They did a great job cleaning my teeth. I will definitely take the ride back out there again💕
