Safe and comfortable environment. Had some trouble contacting the RA when I first arrived and couldn't check in until 11:45 pm, other than that the place was perfect.

My experience was overall good; however, the gym was outdated and the trash rooms could get dirty.

RAs were helpful moving in and out. I was not happy with the fact that our apartment roof leaked during a Storm. We were not happy with the guest policy, since we could not bring guests past 2am and only one person. The location was amazing only a 10 minutes walk to the office! People were kind and we really liked the referral financial incentive. Overall good place to live.

EHS was a great host for my summer internship in NYC. Had no problems at all and service was perfect whenever anything needed to be accommodated to. The random food and scheduled trips were convenient too :)
