I stayed at the New Yorker while interning this past summer and I absolutely loved the location. The 15th floor common area was great and consistently stayed clean, but I was a bit surprised by the state of the room given what they were charging. It was smaller than my dorm had been when I freshman in college and felt dirtier. I did not by any means pay more than I had to, in fact I believe I got one of the cheapest options available, but for over $5,000 for a the summer I expected the place to be cleaned at the very least. ... read more

No issues, happy with my experience over the summer of 2019; Staff was always pleasant and helpful; Not 5 stars due to quality of gym and some initial cleanliness of the room/bathroom

Amazing location as it’s right next to MSG, and only a few minutes walk to midtown, Times Square, and Hell’s Kitchen.

The New Yorker location of EHS introduced me to a lot of other interns while in NYC, many of whom became close friends to me. I can't thank EHS enough for creating such an inclusive environment for those who live out of state/have never been to New York!

This complex was so convenient with good vibes. It was also clean with people always there to help. Straight in midtown near a lot. Highly recommend.

EHS was such a nice and convenient place to live for the summer. I had a 10 min walk to work, it is right across the street from Penn Station and MSG, and a couple blocks away from Times Square. I highly recommend living here if your have a summer internship in the area.
