Very disappointed with the service department. Sent a pickup in for an alignment and a coolant o-ring; $1600 later I have my truck back and $100 in parts. Never in my life have I heard of an alignment costing more than $200 not including parts. I’ve gotten semis and trailers aligned for less than half the price. I honestly can not say anything positive about this service department. There are so many other options in town, I wouldn’t go back unless it’s for warranty, let them steal from ford.

Do not bring your vehicle here to be serviced. We bought a 2008 pickup in September of 2018 and purchased the extended powertrain warranty that was offered as well, just in case. In May of 2019, less than 8 months after purchasing the vehicle, we towed our 22ft camper. The pickup made an odd sound then stalled when backing the camper up. These people falsely advertise prices on cars. I was shopping on CarGurus for a Shelby gt350 Mustang and found one advertised at $58,761. This car is blue and is the perfect color because my favorite color is blue. I called to place a deposit, and had to play phone tag but finally got to talk to the salesman today 6/11/2018. I find out that these scammers jacked up the price by over $4k and their excuse was "it was a mistake". They did NOT want to make things right, and all these losers were able to do was $500 OVER sticker.
They put nearly $2000 worth of scratches into my brand new F150 when it went in for warranty service on my sunroof, I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 months and no one will call me back they say they will and no one does. I sent them an estimate after they told me to have one done. I will never bring my vehicle here again and I recommend everyone to steer clear of these guys as well. Had some repairs done on my van last summer took almost 3 months for Vern's crew to complete and 300 dollars over what I was told it would cost.
Even thou my car is old Vern and his crew treat it as if it were a new one. Friendly people right down to office. Thank you
