I do recommend Einspahr's Service Department. I have the habit of checking with them prior to wanting service or repair, and drop off the car, usually midway through the day prior to the service appointment, and several times, the repair or service are completed prior to the time scheduled. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the Ford-Pass Program. Giving a credit for services and parts in POINTS, is not what I'm impressed with. You are able to keep track of points is easy, but what they are worth, not-so-much.... read more
