The service at the service desk for pick up and returning was very good and friendly. All of the staff was very friendly. We could extend our trip for one day, without any problem. We appreciated the flexibility very much. Great service!!!
We went on a two week roadtrip from SF to LA! We rented a 22 feet campervan from El Monte with a convertible roof for our two kids who slept up there and loved It! On our 1700 miles trip we did not have any trouble at all with this van! This van is highly recommendable for even driving into downtowns of bigger citties!!
