From the beginning on, El Monte provided us with a outstanding customer service tackling every little issue we had. The RV itself was completely new and offered everything we needed for a three week vacation with a family of 5 quite tall people. From connecting your phone to the car to the shower the restroom and the beds, everything was easy and in perfect condition making long drives easy. All questions we had as a first time RV renter were answered with great knowledge and patience.

it was great pleasure, the rv was comfortable, no issue at all during the 11 days trip. The return process was fast and nice.
