Overall it was a good experience but the RV did not have a water hose or the water valve.

We had a great trip. The motorhome was clean and everything worked properly. The staff is excellent. All instructions were given clearly and we understood everything.

The service was amazing from booking with the toll free with Kelly and Michelle to in person in the San Bernardino location w/Desiree! Our family will be back and refer family and friends.
