Second time renting from El Monte. Overall good experience, only thing is generator was malfunctioning the first couple days, when we needed it for the A/C. And the refrigerator didn't get cold until a day and a half later, spoiled my food. Also electrical outlets stopped working in the kitchen and living room area.
The service at pickup was awesome. We had a clean, running RV with information to keep to help with questions. We believe there could be more time spent with directions for new RV drivers. We were first timers who could have used a bit more training on the RV before leaving the rental facility. We figured it out as we went, however, we foresee there could be problems depending on the renters.
