Experience was great. Transaction was quick and the rv was amazing and easy to operate. With festival season happening, was worth it.

I pushed the wrong button. You did great
The RV was okay. It had good amenities but a lot of things not working properly. Ie fridge, shower hose, radio on steering wheel, the "kit" was a cutting board and a plug. Charging my card 5 times is rather annoying.

We rented the 2021 Thor from El Monte. The woman who "explained" everything to us as we picked it up, spoke so fast, instructions were hard to follow. She said, "if There's a TRACE of dog hair in the vehicle when you return, we'll charge you a $500 fee." She also said we should check and fill the oil when we get gas. Um? Our destination RV park neighbors had to loan us equipment because the equipment El Monte provided was missing a connection. I did not see any notes that you called our support line on the road to help you out as we understand items may come up on your trip this is why we give you a $75 allowance for any minor repairs or parts you may need. Unfortunately we do not provide the end piece for sewer hoses as not all campgrounds make it mandatory.
