Good, solid RVs, all sizes, including many caravans. Good, friendly staff who know how to squeeze a little extra money out of your pocket for extras. I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the experience of renting two motorhomes for our trip from Los Angeles to New York from August 4th to August 21st. During the journey, we encountered serious safety issues: two tires literally exploded, one of which was a front tire, seriously endangering the safety of the passengers, including infants on board. Great experience renting a Sun Seeker from El Monte Rv. Starting with our favorite rental agent Rose! She made the introduction and check in process so easy and comfortable. After several weeks traveling across the American West in a 34-foot vehicle with barely 30,000 miles on the odometer, it’s time to take stock.
