We had an excellent experience with the Rental team staffing the Van Nuys location as usual. There were a number of technical issues with the RVs that weren't mission critical but were explained to us before. We're looking forward to doing business with El Monte again and hope to be able to rent from Van Nuys.

The staff at the Van Nuys location, Sharham, is exceptional. He is so friendly and efficient that he made the check out and return process smooth and easy. All questions were answered and the rental was a great experience. The RV was clean, fully loaded and perfect. We loved the comfortable, spacious RV. Awesome awesome awesome! This was our third time renting from this location. We absolutely love the customer service and the ease of the whole rental process. We’ve never had any issues nor any problems with the RV. No hidden fees, if anything they provide discounts! Always a pleasure working with the staff there. This last time we dealt with Leslie. She was awesome and very helpful! If you’re hesitant in renting from them, don’t wait any longer! This is the right choice!

It was super clean and new, easy to make reservation thru online, no hidden charges, very kind staff. The price was very reasonable!! I rented from Van Nuys Office and they were very accommodating and great customer service!! The most important thing is my kids and dogs loved the RV!! El Monte RV is much better than any other platform. I will definitely go back to rent it again!!

I had the bewt time of my life with my daughters celebrating the 15th birthday of one of them,the rv rental was a dream ... it was really a trip. I highly recommended this place..

This is the second time in under 4 years that we have rented an RV from El Monte, VN. The check out and check in was smooth and easy both times. The RV ran as expected, was easy to drive and was in clean, good working order in the interior. Shahram was very helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to rent again.
