Dr. Koplos was so wonderful with my little dog. Very gentle, and very thorough with his examination. My dog is now running around, and is so full of life, and I have Dr. Koplos to thank for that. Worth every penny! I highly recommend this emergency center.

That's funny. I'm usually asking if anyone can speak English in El Paso. It's so annoying and sad. The service is good. It is expensive, but what to do when others are closed? Dr. Koplos may not be a people person but is an excellent veterinarian. That is what really matters to me.

I'm sorry that someone turned your away, i have never heard us turn someone away because it was 45mins to closing. We would of started your pet on treatment to make them comfortable and then sent you to your daytime clinic started with treatment and comortable, not in pain. I'm sorry for your bad experince!
