Mediocre experience. For the premium room description and price, I would have thought it would be nicer. The cleanliness level wasn’t great, as there were other people’s hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush upon check in, so a repairman had to come fix it. The towel rack fell off the wall and couldn’t be used. I’ve stayed at the Eldorado in years past and really expected a higher quality experience. The staff was wonderful. I can’t remember the name of the young lady who checked me in but she was bright and personable and extremely efficient. It was definitely the best part of my stay. Room was clean and comfortable but when I tried to take a bath, the water came out a bit brown in color. Also water leaked from the handle and the toilet seat came completely off when I lifted the lid.
