Our room was decorated in the 70s look, i feel we got this room because it was an expedia rate. The room was clean however. It would have been nice if the resort rate was optional it was alot of money for 2 bottles of water. Our keys could have been programmed to not allow pool and workout room. That is a scam when people just need a place to rest and to go on their journey, i will not be staying in Reno again.Nothing to rave about.

The first night was rough because the outside noise kept us up all night. I think it is the air conditioning system boxes that make loud noises and it sounds like an airplane was outside our window. The trim red lights around the building can be seen from the top of the curtains and on the floor too. The next morning I went to the front desk and the Manager Mr. Caleb was on duty.
