Vance did an excellent neat job. Wish more workers were like him. There is one issue I do disagree with. I understand a worker is to call to confirm and not leave a message?? I was in the garage and did not hear the phone ring. Luckily, he came anyway. I was very appreciative. I do believe leaving a message would be beneficial because there are so many telemarketers ringing and not leaving messages. Thank you for the job-glad I finally had it done.
