Very positive. The technician was very friendly and informative. I really appreciate it when he was willing to return to correct issues that were not part of the order! He didn't have to do it. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly, patient, and quite professional!! I most definitely will be using this company in the future and Will recommend them to others!! Thank you.

I always receive a call letting me know when the technician will arrive beforehand, they are always pleasant and I feel confidant that the work done will be satisfactory.
I was extremely pleased with the entire process: from Steve coming to look at the list of electrical problems we had to Bruce and Vance doing an excellent job fixing them. They were very polite, clean, and helpful -- but the best part was that they were smart and knew what they were doing. We've had other electricians work on our house numerous times, and my experience with Electrical Solutions was by far the best!
