The Tech arrived at the appointed time and went straight to work to replace our stove connection. My wife was frantic when she saw the mess behind the stove after 33 yrs. of use. The tech calmed her down telling her he has seen worse, and the behind the stove area is the messiest place in any kitchen he has ever worked in. The job was completed in 30 to 45min.
