I contributed $140 (or thereabouts) to you recently but I had discovered the problem a little before your man showed up. That was not your fault but mine. I understand that the money still had to be charged but I felt that some could have been knocked off.
Everything about working together is superior to any other electrical company I've hired. All personnel are listeners, kind, competent and seem happy. If anything could be better it would be a shorter wait period for appointments, but I am more than happy to wait for such excellent skill and demeanor. Steve and Scott have gone beyond the call of duty in customer service and the people who answer the office phone and relay messages make a wonderful impression of trustworthiness.
Steve Leski answered my call promptly. He was clear about the costs of the work that I wanted done. They arrived on time, did the job efficiently and answered all my queries.
Steve the technician was excellent. After a discussion about recessed lights, he encouraged me to try a different kitchen location than what was originally planned. I love the new location. He is not afraid to help you step out of the box and use your imagination. I would highly recommend Electrical Solutions to friends and use them again. Roni

I was happy with the price of the several small jobs you completed, and amazed at how quickly they were done. Sincerely appreciated that you tried to figure out what was wrong with the bathroom fan, at no cost. Speaking of the fan, Scott (I think that was his name?) said he would check on replacement parts and send me an email. I haven't heard anything....
The job was completed efficiently. Everything now works!
