Wow, wow, wow did this go well!!! I contacted Cristy the weekend before a dinner party for 8. She responded quickly, had me speak directly with Chef Shan to plan around our dietary restrictions (no nuts, no shellfish no pork) and had a PERFECT bar & menu plan in 2 days. E'Leep"s catered for our party of 40 in which we ended up with 68 guests attending the party. Cristi handle the extra guests with no problem. We requested table coverings, balloons, place settings, several food platters which were fabulous, birthday cake, ice cream, a floral arrangement, catering services for 2-hour.
