I didn't want something strapless but they helped me get something that I loved by finding a beautiful piece to add to the top of the dress to make it perfect. Everyone was so nice and helpful and made me feel not crazy. :)

All of the consultants are Elegant Bridals were extremely accommodating to me as I picked out my perfect dress. Being an older bride, I struggled with not wanting to look like a younger bride and was quite indecisive during the process. The staff was extremely patient with me and guided me appropriately. I found my dress and I look forward to the day when my groom finally sees it. On that day, I will also be thinking of and thanking Elegant Bridals for making my day in MY dress.

I came all the way from Mississippi to come home to Georgia - Elegant Bridals and Rachel made it worth every penny. She was so nice to me...and not in a salesperson kind of way, she was very genuine. She met various members of my family and laughed right alongside us. My gown is beautiful. It had come in only a week or so earlier and once we put it on, we knew it was "the one". I met the ladies from Elegant Bridals at a Bridal Show in Columbia, SC. Immediately, I noticed that they were so fun and sweet. I made an appointment for a few weeks later to try on wedding dresses and bought my dress that day. They were very patient with me, and helped me find a dress that fits exactly what I was visioning. I am so excited to see my dress when it is complete, and I would recommend everyone to go to Elegant Bridals!

Elegant Bridals was great to work with from start to finish! They did an amazing job with helping me find the PERFECT dress within only an hour. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I was told they had in house alterations but when it came time the no longer did. However, the person they recommended (who used to work there - Mercy) was great! Overall it was a great experience and I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a dress in the Augusta area!

My sister and I came into the store to ask about under garments, I believe the store was getting ready to close but the associates were so helpful and didn't mind that we popped in before closing.
