I absolutely loved my visits to Elegant Bridal! I was first introduced to this boutique's employees at a bridal show in Columbia, SC and was so impressed, that I booked an appointment with them and drove all the way from Columbia/Irmo to Augusta and found a dress from them on my first visit! Please disregard previous rating and stars. I went in and had a fabulous experience the first time. The second time was a pretty awful experience. The managers and consultants jumped through hoops to make it right. They didn't take on the "Oh we lost a customer but that's okay, there will always be brides and therefore more business" approach. I can not say enough good things about Elegant Bridal. Our daughter was married on December 7th in Augusta, Georgia. We purchased her wedding gown and all of the bridesmaid dresses (9) from them. Their service is outstanding. All of the girls that work there were helpful, courteous and genuine. Our dresses came in on time, were altered correctly and priced affordable. Elegant Bridal was a one stop shop for me and my bridal party. With their help I was able to find the dress of my dreams and find attire for my maids! I was highly impressed with the seamstress. She did wonders with my alterations and bustling!
Tracey and Marcie were wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive leading up to the wedding and in the entire process. Overall I truly believe Elegant Bridals is a wonderful place to purchase a dress and their staff is incredibly sweet. They are a Christian establishment and provide a strong witness which I can appreciate. However my dress fitting experiences were not as wonderful. The staff at Elegant Bridals were amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We loved working with them!
They have excellent customer service and were always willing to go above and beyong to make me feel special (as if I was the only bride they had). They had a great selection of dresses to choose from whether it was bride, bridesmaids, mothers or grandmothers!
The owner and staff at Elegant Bridals are very sweet and accommodating. They listened to my feedback as I tried on dresses and we bought it that day. We did have a few hiccups with my dress, however. My dress came in 2 months later than originally promised, and they did not stitch my name in blue in my dress as originally promised as well. They were incredibly accommodating and did all that they could to work within my schedule to take care of alterations with the delay on the dress. I had tried a few other dress shops before trying Elegant Bridals. I had a great experience with this boutique, they offer a very personalized experience! You will feel like a princess, with a consultant dedicated just to you, your own private room, and the dresses being brought right to you! No thumbing through endless racks of dresses here.
