The leasing application and move in process was easy and painless. So far, the staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. Tenants have access to a pool, multiple grilling areas, a 24 hour gym, a dog park, and close access to a greenway behind the complex. Centrally located you have access to a variety of shopping and restaurant options , major hotel chains for family and friends , easy access to the airport and interstate all within 5 minutes time frame. Overall,this vibrant community has a lot to offer to it's diverse residents of all ages from students to seniors

Verified Renter I moved in 12/2020. The apartment was clean and everything was as expected. The management is very professional and prompt with requests. I have only had 1 maintenance request and it was completed timely. The apartment building is relatively quiet and the common area are in good condition.

Verified Renter Big shout out to Elevate at Brier Creek! Friendly & helpful staff, convenient location, reasonable rent, safe & clean. Havent had any issue with noise, our neighbors are all quiet. Really love ample natural light. Can be a bit noisy if your room is facing Globe Rd and youre sensitive to noise, but that can be easily fixed by a pair of ear plugs.
