I had an appointment with Dr. MacDonald for a consultation regarding a possible root canal. My initial impression was most favorable since Giselle, the receptionist, was cordial and professional in helping me complete the necessary patient information. After a very short wait I was taken back to have x-rays and then, after another very short wait, Dr. MacDonald came in and proceeded to explain the x-rays and possible alternatives. I was in pain and elevated was able to fit me in on a Friday at 4PM. The doctor and assistant stayed until 6 PM to finish my procedure and make sure I left with no pain! Could not be more grateful! They were wonderful!
Not a fan of dental procedures. But the staff made me feel very comfortable from the front desk to the assistant and doctor. Dr. Mac was very detailed and quick with the treatment. Great experience over all at Elevated Endo.
I have been through some pretty intense trauma injury and repair when it comes to my teeth ... not only do these doctors get me in on a regular basis for emergency visits when I call as soon as they can but Dr Mac and Selena always take the best care of me. I have severe anxiety and I am not the nicest patient, it doesn't help that I've worked in medical for almost 20 years, they always know how to calm me down, make me feel better, and take care of what I need. All the love 💕🥰
I cannot recommend Elevated Endodontics enough. Phenomenal work all around. Every single person I have interacted with at Elevated Endodontics is at the top of their game, both in the quality of work performed and in the quality of service that they provide. Dr. Read performed my root canal with assistance from Alyssa. They are by far some of the best service professionals I have ever dealt with.
