Read and his assistant for my root canal procedure; Lex, were wonderful today. Gisell was delightful at the front desk and together the whole team clearly explained everything. Did the work in about 45 minutes, and explained the next steps for me. Elevated Endodontics took very good professional care of me and were great and precise. Lex's awareness of nervousness and using subtle things like a light touch of the shoulder needs particular mention. It's a calming mechanism I don't often see used and was helpful to me. Dr. Read is an excellent physician/doctor who is friendly and communicates directly with the patient. He was clear in his explanations, and the procedure immediately alleviated six weeks of constant migraines. His staff are efficient and professional, but the difference between EE and the great care I received for over 25 years in LA is: they are friendly and have great attitudes. My experience with them is why I live in Colorado.
Staff was very friendly and helpful willing to answer any questions. Dr Reed spent time explaining what was going on. I am a red head that is difficult to numb and I have to say this was hands down the best root canal experience I’ve had. I will definitely recommend this Endodontics office to anyone who needs one. Will return if I should need any work further down the road.
Dr. Read and his staff are top notch from check-in to check out they have it together. While they run like a well oiled machine they do not feel like they’re just trying to get you in and out and say thanks for your money. Great work and a great atmosphere
What an amazing experience! I can’t believe how comforting and caring the staff here is! Dr. Read was so amazing, he really walked me through the whole process, made sure I was ok, showed outstanding concern for my wellbeing, and went above and beyond to make my procedure and recovery a complete success.
