The only issue we had was with the appraisal process. First off we only borrowed 19% of the price of the home. So the expense of an appraisal seemed unnecessary. Second, one the appraisal was ordered and paid for it seemed like me, the customer, was not represented will during that process. We'll was great, but getting updates about the appraisal, which should have been extremely easy, wasn't possible because it was out of Eli's hands and with an external company.
