Eli was great...the handoff and subsequent follow-up with the person handling the processing of paperwork and loan could have been better. This was a consecutive closing with another property and it wasn't initially set up in that manner. She also responded when asked questions, but we would have like to have seen her be more proactive in communicating status updates, where we were in the process, etc...
