UPDATE 11/2020 I just completed a second deal with Mark, as we sold the home that he helped us refi some months ago and bought a new home in a different state. I found Mutual of Omaha thru Costco Services. The service provided by Mutual of Omaha and Zach was great. Zach reached out and gave me the information needed. It took me close to a month to reach out to Zach again, during that time we did not get any annoying calls, like other companies did. At the end we got great customer service from Zach and Mutual of Omaha. We would definitely recommend them for home loan services.
