As a first time home buyer I had many questions, Sean McMenamin did a great job at answering every one of them! He promptly replied to my emails and calls, even if it was after his normal work hours. Vito has been extremely helpful during the refinance process. From the first call he made us feel we were in good hands. He was informative and guided us step by step till the end. My neighbors were refinancing as well, thru another online company, they started before us the whole process, and were able to close sooner than them. Timing, rates, and customer service: everything was outstanding.
