Elite AC LLC technician Rossano Smith called and texted prior to his arrival. Mr. Smith was very professional, took time to explain what was being replaced and showed the upgrade part that he installed. He completed all his work in a timely matter. I greatly appreciate all the information Mr. Rossano Smith provided to me. Awesome job!!!

Marshall and Chris did an excellent job on servicing my a/c. It was tuned up, cleaned and all air vent leaks were sealed. For excellent service and fair pricing give them a try.

I used this company as they were the only ones who went into my attic, besides checking the condenser and the AC outside. They came when they said they would, were totally professional, knew their job and worked in extremely hot weather in the attic replacing and adjusting my ducts. From sales to CSM ( (Rebecca) to the HVAC men who put in new system. Omar and Virgil they were outstanding. This company did a super duper great job. Virgil did an phenomenal job, just phenomenal. My husband went up in the attic a few days later and said it was just fantastic!!He lifted up ALL the ducts and got them ALL off the floor. Omar’s work was good also even though the inspector said a few things had to be fixed. But you all came back and all was adjusted. I've used this company twice so far and they are now my go-to HVAC company. The first time, Miguel came out for maintenance and did an awesome job - super friendly and thorough. The second time, Brian came out for service and fixed the problem in minutes. The rates are very reasonable and the service is great. The office staff is always so friendly - Jill and Diana are the two ladies I've dealt with so far. Next up, air duct cleaning and I look forward to the experience.
