I had a wonderful experience and Josh was fantastic as well as the person that worked the reception area. It was a smooth experience from beginning to end with frequent communication and updates, and most important was the excellent body work! thank you Josh! I also like how perfectly they matched the tricolor pearl paint on my bumper too! 🤍🤍🤍
Highly recommend this shop! Both ladies whom I spoke to (front desk and estimator/inspector) were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my car beautifully (went above and beyond) in one week and even cleaned the outside/inside of my car before I picked up. 10/10!
I never wondered what stage of repair my vehicle was in because LJ kept me updated the entire time. My vehicle looks great. It doesn’t look like generic parts, the work is seamless, I left my rental at the shop, which made it absolutely no hassle for me.
I had a tree limb fall on my Tacoma in a windstorm. Elite auto body did great work! They blended the paint perfect and fixed the dent in the roof as well as replaced my door. Everything looks like nothing happened in the first place. They had great communication as well. I was given updates every week about my vehicles status. Before and after photos.
I have used this place before never had a problem until I brought my other car in after a accident. I'm not happy with the work at all. My passenger fender is over lapping the bumper headlights not in holes correctly got a lot of gaps. Hood still loose and not align up. Went got another opinion on some of the work cuz it is not correct. The other place said fender needs replace with manufacturer fender not after market and maybe all the gaps and the alignment on everything will come together.
