Originally the staff kinda gave me issues about my insurance. I have to make couple of calls but in the end all was settled. My experience after that was all good. They treated me with respect and gentleness. I felt nothing. I had an extraction and the beginning stages of an implant. Highly recommend
I had the best best experience with the doctor.the staff was accommodating also. But the doctor went above and beyond. I had an appointment with the doctor, but on my appointment I discussed my dad's broken tooth pain with him. He made sure that I leave the office with satisfaction. He wrote RX( antibiotic )for my dad after asking his health details. I mean who does this without an appointment .He kept coming and asking staff if they are doing things for my dad or not. I can not believe how unprofessional this establishment is. I really wanted to like this place. My appointment was at 4:30. I showed up 4:17. I understand dental offices get backed up. But the final straw was when someone with an appointment at 5:00pm comes in after me gets seen BEFORE ME. The other client that was waiting half the time that I was made his dissatisfaction very clear with the staff. I have a fear of dental work and everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a tooth extracted and it was so fast and painless. The whole staff was beyond kind to me! I’m so glad I found this place!
From the moment you make the appointment they’re awesome all the way to my child’s smiling excited she came to the dentist. My daughter is 8, sassy dramatic and everything is an issue this little girl was very hesitant But the moment she sat in that seats and got her x-rays I knew we were golden.The dentist was quick communicated well got us out quick as could be two extractions and two.
