Was promised my 1000 deductible back , but then once they started the job they change their mind and said they’re only going to give me half of it back . If I knew that I would used a different company especially one that would’ve covered my gutters and one that’s more military friendly/ Disabled that friendly. Should of used John Campbell company instead . Also had to deal with hole in my truck tire and nails being left in my yard and drive way . I watched them destroy my neighbor’s roof while they were on it. Watching the person who claims to be the owner, lift the shingles on the roof and make holes with the rope he was using. I wouldn’t let them get on my roof and I have confronted them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They will make damage to your roof that’s not there.

RecommendedElite Exteriors was amazing to work with! They responded within a couple hours of me reaching out and contacting them, which was a Saturday. They sent someone out the very next day, on a SUNDAY! That’s quality customer service. We had a roof leak and Gatis came out Sunday to take a look at everything, then came back the following day to repair the leak, once the roof was dry enough. Couldn’t have asked for better service, will always use them in the future for any roof issues or needs!
