The technicians were great and worked fast, entire job was completed in about an hour. I would give 3-1/2 stars but not an option. This is because the initial price to replace a broken builder spring with new springs and 5 year warranty was almost $2,000. I called another repair company with technicians on site and was quoted $799 for the same work with a 7 year warranty. After management approval, Elite price and warranty matched their competition. Love our new doors. Very detailed technician and knowledgeable. Estimate was good and stress free. one person installed both doors. installer was here all day into dark time. i did not realize only one installer BUT he was awesome and thorough. I will take that over fast and not as thorough 😉 Overall experience was top. The separate company who painted the doors was on time, could be a little more customer friendly, but that’s our preference. Juan was great and tried to work with us. I give Juan 5 stars and I only gave 2 stars not because of Juan but because of Elite. To fix a broken keyless door pad for our garage door would have cost us $400. We were able after calling chamberlain the company who makes the keyless door pad but it for $24 at Home Depot and it look 10 minutes to install and program. Elite garage door was great. They showed up on time, and got my garage door up and working in no time. I probably spent 6 hours trying to fix it myself. Nick was great. Figured everything out and fixed it. I would definitely recommend Elite garage door to anyone.

Fist I’ll start by saying that the guys that came out were excellent and professional. I called to get a quote on a smart garage door opener. They would not give me a price and insisted on having someone come out. I told them I didn’t want to waist anyone’s time (including my own) but they said it was no problem. They showed up and quoted me $400 installed for the same until I had saw on Amazon for $79. I declined service and felt like my time was waisted.
