I'm VERY picky with my health care providers! When I first came to EPM I saw how they thoroughly went thoroughly my medical history and worked in accordance. They are VERY organized and on top of their game! Everyone in the office is VERY caring and knowledgeable. They are light handed in their procedures and are caring in their follow-up and follow through with everything! I'll make the drive from where I live for QUALITY HEALTH CARE, and this team of Dr's and Staff is the Definition of that!
The doctors and PA’s here are truly excellent. They listen carefully and address your needs. They are extremely good at handling insurance issues. I am truly indebted to Dr. Chang and his staff.
They are understanding. I never feel like I am making it up like some offices make u feel. Dr Chang and Elizabeth both are good about listening.

The staff and doctors truly help and care about you as a person.
Truly the most organized and effecient Drs office I've ever been to. They work with you on getting authorizations quickly and appointments scheduled. The staff is always kind and courteous. They changed my life with their pain mgmt approach. I get such bad migraines that I can't even lay on my head. The treatment they provide to me made that all go away. I would and have recommended them to anyone for pain management.
