Was involved in a 5 car accident. My husband and I were in 2 different vehicles. He was transported by ambulance to hospital leaving me at scene with 2 vehicles. My Lexus had a flat so the police and I opted to have my car towed and i was going to drive my husband’s truck to St. Pat’s less than 3 miles from accident. They take advantage of people during natural disasters we were evacuating from hurricane ida car over heated storm hit aug 29 car was towed aug 30 this company could’ve waived the fees etc but just follows everyone else and chose to take advantage of evacuees way to go hope this make you feel great about yourselves

Very disappointed in the services that was provided by Elite Service. We received a towing service, and started being charged as soon as the driver hit the road to pick up the truck. The driver initially went to the wrong location which was still included in the 4 hours that’s being charged for the Tow. A call was received from Summer to pay an invoice for 4 hours which she stated it took 3.5 hours but she called a hour earlier. Had truck stuck in the mud and driver called Elite. Big mistake... They called our dispatcher and said they would not release truck until we paid bill. We asked for a printout copy of bill and Elite said they could not print it out because they had no one in office. We were told the bill was 1634.73. Charges an extra 607.00 because they could not produce bill for towing . How do you pay a bill without seeing an invoice. Threatened to take to the police yard unless we paid immediately. A sad way to do business.

We broke down in our Motorhome about 20 miles east of Beaumont, TX at about 5:30pm on May 2nd, 2017. I have Good Sam towing insurance that will cover up to four hours and a maximum of $1000. When Elite towing arrived on the scene the operator had the Motorhome "on the hook" in about 15 minutes. Then he tried unsuccessfully for over two hours to disconnect the driveline so the motorhome could be towed. He told me repeatedly he did not have the right tool to separate the driveline so he was trying with hammers and pry bars... read more

This place charges me $1,500 the tow truck that's stuck on the sand tell me that's f****** right and it was just a pickup truck 1500 Dodge Ram got a two wheel drive pickup truck pulled out and they charged me $1,500 if you want good service go to bayou wrecker service
