I want to personally thank elite service recovery & towing, llc. I had a horrible experience with AARP not being able to find someone to bring my truck to me over the weekend, leaving it on the side of the i10 east. Elite came and delivered my truck with no problem and the customer service was a 1. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Hopefully I don’t need them any time soon but if I need towing I will definitely call them and spread my experience
They are prompt, efficient professional and courteous. They came to change my tire. As it turned out and unbeknownst to me my car, which is new to me, did not have a spare. my car had to be towed.

10/10, Drivers were nice, safe, and professional. They showed up with plenty of notice and took care when taking my truck. They even took care of everything when they dropped it of to be repaired.
Had my first fender bender in 53 years of driving, Tuesday, August 17. Not my fault or anything major and no one hurt, but my car is not drivable. State trooper called Elite to tow my car. They arrived quickly, and the driver, Mike, was the absolute BEST! He could see I was a little rattled and reassured me about every step of the process. He is a credit to your company. Thanks Mike and God bless!
