Beth Bloom helped me purchase my first home and she made my experience, not only stress-free, but exciting. She made everything seem so simple, once I turned in all requested documents, she did everything fast in regards to the paperwork. Working with someone who knows what their doing, and having your best interest is reassuring, I am beyond stoked to be in my first home and look forward to working with Beth, when I am ready for my second home.

Beth and her associates were absolutely awesome. She is extremely detailed to everything and takes her time to work with you to make sure you know everything that is going on. She absolutely took care of me and my wife and was able to get the job done at a very quick rate. I would highly recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a good lender. They are awesome at their jobs at American Pacific Mortgage in roseville.

Beth is AWESOME! We shopped around at other banks and credit unions but none could beat Beth at APM. She found us a conventional 30yr fixed loan with only 3% down payment required while maintaining a very low interest rate. Beth was great at helping me get a loan for my new home. I had very high doubts about, had called several other banks asking to get a home loam most of them said they couldn't do it. I had talked to a realtor and he suggested Beth, so I talked to her, and she found a way to make things all work out, had to move some things around, that made it happen, all the other banks didn't even try or suggest things that would help like Beth did.
