I have never purchased a home before so, I knew nothing. Beth Bloom helped me in so many ways. If I didn't understand something,she would take the time to explain it to me. I am so thankful I had Beth helping with all of my paperwork and guiding me in the right direction. We ran into a few snags but, things worked out.

Our realtor, Ponce Smith, was the one that recommended Beth Bloom. He let us know that he highly recommended her. He stated that he had a back ground in processing loans and felt that Beth was one of the most experienced and trust worthy loan officials available.We elected to do a 45 day escrow since it was our first time buying a home. Beth was recomended by our realtor, we had a pre approval from another non local lender but communicating with them was a hassle as they had no local branch. Beth & her team were able to get us a better rate and a pre approval letter in under 24 hours, in the fast moving market having a local lender made our offer look more attractive to sellers ( the selling agent told me this is why our offer was accepted even though we were not the highest). Beth helped me whenever I had a question. She would email or call me back in a timely manner and made all my questions, no matter how minimal, her first priority. I was working my first year as a teacher and dealing with the struggles of purchasing a home for he first time. She made it a seamless experience and treated me as a family member. I would recommend her for anyone needing a knowledgable and personable experience with a lender.

Wow! Beth Bloom is Awesome!I tried to go through another Loan agency and it was a miserable experience. My Realtor Recommended Beth Bloom and I couldn't be happier. Beth was great to work with. We had a short sale and other lenders had told us we could not even apply for a loan until the 3 year period had passed. Beth got the process started several months before that using a manual underwriting process and then we were able to close within a week after the 3 years had passed. It would have been several months later had she not been able to make this work and we got a great house that just happened to come available at the right time because of it. Thanks so much Beth!
