Beth was great from beginning through the end, she was very responsive to any questions we had and at any rare time time that we could not reach her on the telephone she was so fast to return the call . I would use her and recommend her over again!!

My wife and I purchased our first home earlier this year. Being our first home purchase we weren't the most knowledgeable buyers in the world. Beth did a great job of explaining the process to us and probably saved us a lot of time and money.We were eager to buy and move before we even contacted Beth, but to my amazement, she suggested we not apply for a loan right away because our debt to income ratio was too high and it could have affected our interest rate or possibly prevented us from being approved altogether.
