Elizabeth was very professional and courteous, available all hours and was very attentive and quick to respond. She had answered all of the questions my wife and I had in regards to the loan process and reassured us every step of the way. Elizabeth also came to our closing and brought us flowers as well which was very kind! I would certainly recommend Elizabeth for any friends and family that are in need of a loan and look forward to refinancing in a few months when rates drop!
