The overall experience was the feeling of security I felt going through the process. The information we received was explicit and thorough. Elizabeth was absolutely amazing. She was so thorough and organized that it carried my procrastinating scattered brain across the finish line. She made the entire experience absolutely pleasant. her through knowledge and in helping explaining to us our process in getting our loan. She was very patient with us, was always accessible and easy to get in touch with when we needed her help or had questions. She worked really hard in getting us the best rates and was with us every step of the way.
