Appointment made for the morning but didn’t show until the afternoon!! Would have been nice to have been updated on running a little behind. This was due to things out of there control!! Once on site work was performed in time manner as usual and done right!! Thanks

The installers did a excellent job they were biased they were efficient and they were done in like 20 minutes. The only problem is they were a little late

I had been having some problems with my garage door and called for maintenance. We had used Elizabethtown Overhead before and were pleased. Two young men came and showed me that one of the panels was splitting. I had suspected that after 28 years, I might end up having to get a new one. Once we had discussed "next steps," they temporarily did a couple of things to help with the problem until the new door could be ordered and shipped.
