Elkin repainted our condo inc. popcorn ceiling. He gets a huge discount on Sherwin paints. He's reliable, honest and trustworthy. He works all day and doesn't start another job until he's done with your job. Highly recommend. And trust me I met a lot of painters but Elkin is the one you want.
