Work was professional. Installers were friendly explained what they were doing. Project was finished on time with no mess to clean up. Definitely would recommend them.

Our entire experience with Elkton Carpet & Tile was superb. We were a bit apprehensive about what would work in our older home, but Jody put our minds at ease by gently guiding us through the process. Charlie came to measure the floors and answered all of our questions in a positive way. The receptionist was always very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about how we needed to proceed once we had chosen the flooring. Since our home is very small, Chuck scheduled our installations so that we had time to move items from one area to another area between installation days. We thoroughly shopped around and looked at different products. Elkton Carpet sold us better product than we could find anywhere and did a much better installation than we expected. They are true professionals and worth the money.

The entire staff is amazing. They work together to make sure every customer receives the best possible service. It’s obvious that everyone, including the installers, are on the same team. I was very happy with the end results! I highly recommend Elkton Tile and Carpet.

The staff at Elkton Carpet and Tile, plus the installers they use are professional and friendly. I remodeled my kitchen using a local designer 2 years ago. They worked with her timeline and put in a new tile floor and then, at a later date, the backsplash. I could not be happier, the tile and the tile work is beautiful. I still get compliments. There have been no issues with the tile or the installation, their work is top notch. They were helpful in picking out coordinating tile to match the cabinets, countertops and paint we chose. I'm about to redo the bath and will be using them again.
