The staff is so friendly and I always have arrested experience when I visit here. This is a local shop so atmosphere is very worth while and the showroom has a lot to offer. Anyone looking to replace their floors come here!
We had bought a new house (resale) where the hardwood flooring that existed was installed by the builder with wood that is only available to builders. We couldn’t get anyone to tell us who made it or how we could get more of it to finish off the first and second floors. We called several flooring companies and no one would tell us that it was marketed to the public as a different brand and lot number, except for Chuck.
