I so regret putting Dad there. Was told Hispanic speaking employee/s worked on a specific floor w/residents who only speak Spanish. The only Spanish speaking person who should b on that floor specifically on a regular basis, taking care the needs of these seniors who cannot do for their selves, is put in other areas. I was there for 5 months after a bad fall, before signing myself out. It was like being in hell. My health improved once I got away from them.

Terrible place. My Mother has been in there over 2 mths, she is bedridden and they constantly keep her phone where she can't reach it for call or to make calls. At a time like this with the pandemic visitation isn't around so phone is only contact. I've complained to everyone nobody will even give her the phone or put it close enough for her to reach it. I have spoke with her 12 times since June 6th when she went there. Multiple times she has fallen out of bed trying to reach phone.

I have had nothing but problems from this place. To lost clothes, rude staff, t no one answers the phones, they lie about taking care of things. I’m losing my ever loving mind. I would not send my worst enemy there!

wish I could give a negative score cuz thats what they deserve. They treat their employees and their residents terribly!!
